# Terms and Conditions

 Download the latest **Terms and Conditions** for **private customers**, **business clients** and **Owners' Associations (VvE)**.

 As a member of **OnderhoudNL** and a certified **Vakwerk Plusgarantie company**, we apply the terms and conditions below to all our work. These terms and conditions apply to our quotations, agreements and completed work and are also provided with quotations and order confirmations.

 These terms and conditions include provisions relating to:

 
- Quotations and the formation of agreements
- Painting and maintenance work
- Payment terms and project completion
- Warranties, liability and complaints handling
- Amendments, cancellation and termination of assignments

 079 Schilderwerken is a member of OnderhoudNL and holds the **De Betere Schilder** quality mark. This quality mark reflects our commitment to quality, craftsmanship and service and does not constitute a separate set of terms and conditions in addition to those listed below.
